Why are delivery times different? We collaborate with diverse artists and manufacturers globally, influencing our delivery times. However, this allows us to provide exceptional pricing on our products.


Delivery Time = Processing time + Shipping time

  • Processing Time: 3 – 7 business days (regular seasons) or longer during holidays.
  • Standard Shipping: 7 – 10 business days (regular seasons) or longer during holidays.
  • International Shipping: 1 – 4 weeks (regular seasons) or longer during holidays.

Note: No delivery to US Military bases at present. We apologize for any inconvenience.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE? Shipping time varies by location:

  • United States: Allow 7-10 business days (average).
  • Canada, Australia, and New Zealand: Allow 14-26 business days (average).
  • United Kingdom: Allow 4-6 weeks. Deliveries to the U.K. take the longest due to custom policies.

DO YOU DELIVER PRODUCTS INTERNATIONALLY? Yes, we ship products worldwide daily, with shipping available to most countries.

CAN I COMBINE MULTIPLE ITEMS INTO ONE PACKAGE? Due to multiple warehouses worldwide, each item is shipped separately when ordering multiple items. Don’t worry if items arrive separately; they will reach you.

HOW SECURE IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION? We adhere to the highest industry standards to protect your personal information. SSL (secure socket layer technology) encrypts your credit card information and personal details during transmission, ensuring secure online payment processing.

CANCELLATIONS If you wish to modify or cancel your purchase, email us with your order number and requested changes within 2 hours of placing the order. A 20% management and transaction fee will be applied.

RETURN TO SENDER OR UNDELIVERED STATUS If your parcel is returned, contact us immediately for a replacement. For UAE/HK customers, provide your PO Box or Zip Code for local delivery.

DELIVERY STATUS SAYS DELIVERED, BUT I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY ORDER It is your responsibility to track your orders. Contact your local post office if the parcel arrived in your destination country. For further assistance, contact our Customer Service. We are not responsible for stolen packages.
